Forbes Features Champlain’s CyberStart Program

Champlain College’s CyberStart program was recently featured in Forbes, detailing our career-ready and hands-on learning approach to getting Vermont high school students interested in the cybersecurity field early-on.

CyberStart is recognized for its zero-cost access, college credit, career pathways, scholarship opportunities, and applicable real-world skills. In short: we’re making cybersecurity careers more accessible, starting right from junior and senior year of high school.

CyberStart is a dual enrollment program we created alongside our local employer partner NuHarbor Security, blending aspects of the cybersecurity firms’ real-world industry experience and Champlain’s expert faculty. Students can enroll with no technological experience required. All you need is an eager curiosity to learn valuable digital protection and problem solving skills.
