Career Outcomes Six Months Post-Graduation for Class of 2024 Graduates
According to the National Association for Colleges and Employers (NACE)¡ªthe preeminent national organization focused on the employment of the college educated¡ªChamplain outperforms every national and regional employment category. Plus, our graduates participate in data collection at a significantly higher rate, so our employment outcome rates are more representative of the entire class.

For the Class of 2024, the average starting salary was $52,649.? Twenty one of those who responded to the employment survey received sign-on bonuses with the average sign-on bonus amount of $5,977.
