Lytho is Champlain College¡¯s single source of truth for marketing requests and the first step toward our shared understanding and success. While email and Gchat are fun, we recommend using Lytho to communicate about any jobs that are new, open, or pending. Don¡¯t let your request get lost in the fray.

When submitting a request or a ¡°creative brief,¡± we want to understand:

  • The person or group of people you¡¯re trying to surprise and delight¡ªyour ¡°audience¡±
  • Your timeframe
  • Your budget and budget number
  • The person we should reach out to with any questions or a ¡°single point of contact¡±

Getting Started – Create an Account

Never submitted a request before? You can set up a new Lytho account easily. With single sign-on, you can log in to Lytho using your Champlain Google account, connect your Google account to Lytho, and get moving quickly.

Set Up Your Account

Submitting a Request

Submitting a request is easy.

  1. Start your project request.
  2. Click the ¡°Add Request¡± button in the top right-hand corner of your screen. You¡¯ll need to name your request before you¡¯re able to select the appropriate creative brief/submission form.
  3. Once you¡¯ve named your request, select the appropriate form from the drop-down menu.

    • ?General Request Form ¨C all marketing requests, other than quick web edits, ranging from simple projects to complex campaigns
  4. Once you’ve filled out the information, be sure to hit the green “Submit” button at the bottom right for your screen.
  5. Once you’ve submitted all the necessary information, Lytho will send a confirmation email stating that Marketing has received your request.
  6. We review and approve requests regularly. We may decline your request if it¡¯s missing information. If we decline your request, we¡¯ll communicate what additional details we need to keep it moving.

Helpful Tips

We¡¯re excited to strategically partner with you to bring your vision to life.

  1. We love to see examples of work you like that already exists in the world. Please upload any documents, language you like, or samples in the drag & drop documents area when you submit your request.
  2. If you have images, please include the original files in the drag & drop documents area rather than including them in a copy doc.
  3. If you have examples of digital properties like social media posts or website examples, you can add screenshots to the drag & drop documents area or include notes and any related website domains in the ¡°Is there anything else you feel we should know¡± field when you submit a general request.

24/7 Access to Your Requests, One Simple Stakeholder Portal

You can log in to your stakeholder account in Lytho to check the status of your job request at any time. You can also chat with us, via Lytho, in real time, or access final files after the job is completed.
